| One key area of focus for CURRENTA’s CHEMPARK Management Business Unit is site development, i.e. the expansion and further development of the sites in Leverkusen, Dormagen and Krefeld-Uerdingen. This includes active relocation management and the associated marketing of CHEMPARK services to new customers, along with location planning and the operation of the basic infrastructure (roads, sewers etc.). |

| The CHEMPARK Management Business Unit also handles external CHEMPARK issues (e.g. through the respective CHEMPARK managers). The main focus here is on implementing and complying with the legal regulations for chemical park operators, such as chemical park directives, German regulations on major incidents or quality management requirements, and on maintaining contact with the authorities to obtain the necessary permits for us as the operator and for you as our customer. |

| CHEMPARK Management is responsible for crisis communication for all companies at the site and handles all site-related PR work (contact to neighbors, local press and local politicians). The Communications Department manages all the company’s communications activities – both internally and externally. |
