Site management

One key area of focus for CURRENTA’s "CHEMPARK" Business Unit is site development, i.e. the expansion and further development of the sites in Leverkusen, Dormagen and Krefeld-Uerdingen. This includes location planning and the operation of the basic infrastructure (roads, sewers, harbours, pipeline networks etc.).

The Business Unit also handles external CHEMPARK issues (e.g. through the CHEMPARK manager). The main focus here is on implementing and complying with the legal regulations for chemical park operators, such as chemical park directives, German regulations on major incidents or quality management requirements, and on maintaining contact with the authorities to obtain the necessary permits for us as the operator and for you as our customer.
